Through this Website, Friemo offers its shareholders, investors, suppliers and customers, as well as the general public, information related to its main business activities, products and services, in order to respect, among other things, advertising and transparent information principles, in accordance with current regulations.

The processing operations carried out by Friemo comply with the fundamental principles of data protection and privacy, which guarantee the proper functioning of the processes, trust with customers and partners, as well as the image with the public: lawfulness, impartiality and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality and transmission.

This Data Protection Policy applies exclusively to the collection and processing of personal data for which Friemo is responsible, within the scope of the services and products made available to its Customers, Suppliers and employees and in all situations in which Friemo processes personal data.

Processing Purposes

In general, the personal data collected is based on and intended for the management of the contractual relationship, the provision of the contracted services, the adaptation of the services to the needs and interests of the Client/User, namely for the purposes of access to specific functionalities of the services, content suggestions and information and marketing actions.

  • Human Resources Management Includes the processing of data necessary for the conclusion, fulfillment and termination of an employment contract, management of working hours, absences and vacations, processing of salaries and other benefits, relations with the Tax Administration and Social Security, promotions and career development, training, evaluation, representation expenses and communication with employees, exercise of disciplinary power.
